More rumored PlayStation games for PC

Although Sony has taken longer than Microsoft to embrace the PC market, it looks like the PS5 console maker is opening the floodgates and allowing all of its long-protected IP addresses to access the PC platform. Following the announcement of God of War for PC, at least two more PlayStation-PC games have been leaked.

While these are both to be taken with caution, new rumors suggest that the next series of PlayStation games to find their way onto the PC platform are Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima and Bluepoint Games’ Shadow of the Colossus.

Starting with Shadow of the Colossus, this rumor comes from a self-proclaimed “Contributor to a specific news game website”. According to them, the excellent remake of Japan Studio by Bluepoint Games and Shadow of the Colossus by Team Ico is expected to arrive on PC in the first quarter of 2022.

The second game suggested to make its way is The hugely popular Ghost of Tsushima of 2020. While in some ways both less substantiated and more substantiated than the Shadow of the Colossus rumor, the idea of Ghost of Tsushima coming to PC stems from an observation by Start of game, who discovered that the “Only on PlayStation” logo had recently been removed from the game box – a similar tactic that was used for Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone.

Adding even more fuel to this fire, the GeForce Now leak, which included many PlayStation games, claimed that Ghost of Tsushima was coming to PC. After confirmation that God of War is on the way, it looks like this GeForce Now leak has a lot more truth than initially thought.

Of course, these two “leaks” should be taken with a pinch of salt. Still, with a PlayStation State of Play set to take place tomorrow, it’s entirely possible we’ll get an announcement at that time. We recently discussed Sony’s opening of its IP valves, the full review of which can be found HERE.

KitGuru says: What do you think of these two games? Which would you rather see coming to PC? Is it too early for Ghost of Tsushima to hit PC? Let us know below.
